4 Special Exercises To Grow Bigger Muscles Fast

No matter what type of workout you are doing always remember to do warm up exercises before and cool down after your workout. This will avoid injuries and cramps during your main workout. You must take care of your muscles if you don’t want them to get ripped or strained while exercising.

Handstand Pushups
This size building push up workouts exercise is best done with a spotter so that you do not get hurt during execution. Perform a handstand and allow your feet to rest against the wall straight up towards the ceiling. Keep your head straight, bend your arms until your head touches the floor. Then push yourself back up. This exercise will help strengthen and build the upper arms and shoulder muscles.

One Arm Pushup
Remember Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa? This is a simple push up… with only one hand on the floor. This is really for the strongest amongst us but you can make it even harder if you keep also just one leg on the floor! Like a regular push up this exercise will develop strong shoulders, pecs and triceps.

Door Pull-Up
Using a strong door - not the doorway, but the door itself - lay a towel across the top and grasp the top of the door and towel while allowing your body to hang. Then pull up as high as you can and lower your body slowly. Be careful not to hurt yourself and keep the door in one piece.

One Legged Squat
The following exercise is not as easy as it seems. Start by standing with one leg held out in front of you with your arms stretched straight ahead. Keep your head straight and do a one leg squat. Hold your position for a few seconds -upper leg parallel with the floor- then get back to starting position. This will not only help build the muscles in your legs, but it will also help improve your balance.

These are advanced exercises which will certainly build bigger muscles. It is very important to start with decent warm up activities.
