Are you waking up and looking at yourself in mirror first thing in the morning to see staring back at you something there you’d rather not see?

Oh no, not Puffy Eyes!

Don’t go pulling down on the skin under the eyes, it won’t help, the skin in that area is thin and fragile and you don’t need even more bagginess there do you?

Did you get late to bed, did you have a drink or two too many and how about that last smoke, did you really need that?

How’s your diet, too much fast food, ready made meals and take-aways?

Is your job or your lifestyle causing you too much stress, are you not taking time to relax?

Well you could think about changing your lifestyle, getting early to bed, cutting down on alcohol and cigarettes, improving your diet and relaxing a little bit more. This will all help you not only to avoid puffy eyes but will improve the overall appearance of your skin giving you a more youthful looking appearance. You’ll get older quickly enough as it is unfortunately but don’t bring it on any earlier for goodness sake!
