Develop Your Body’s Complete Physical Capability
The body is a collection of muscles and bones waiting to be honed into flawlessness. It is similar to a bunch of rock or wood waiting to be chiseled into a work of art, or similar to a heap of building materials waiting to be built into a skyscraper.
The body has undeveloped but volatile potentials waiting to be unleashed. If carved out, trimmed, molded, and polished, this capability can bend rigid steel to surrender and raise heavy iron to its right place.
Yet, the body at the outset comes out in its raw shape - untapped. Like raw natural resources that are rich while unrefined, the body has to be developed through a procedure. It should be rid of ineffective “alloys” (or loose flesh coverings) to acquire the important ones (the muscles). The body must be developed into its full potential.
As raw material is zilch if it remains unexploited or unseen underground, so is the body’s possibility if it remains latent. The Mona Lisa is a priceless artwork. It originally came from a raw material. The paints used were originally from raw elements of the earth. Had those resources not been made into a conglomeration of canvass and paint mixtures, their ability to construct a world class work of genius would not have been achievable. They would have been worthless.
Rocks continue to be meager rubbish if not sculpted out to be art compositions. Timber will only be good firewood if untouched by the chisel strokes of a carver. Cement, sand, gravel, and steel bars will continue being a building site if not used for their true intent and design.
In the same way, the body will lose its purpose if it remains to be a mere unexploited potential, undeveloped and left for waste. It will hasten its degeneration if its real design and purpose continues to be overlooked.
Muscles and bones are in our bodies for a function. They were not put there to remain at rest or to be still. As things collect dust, moist, and web when overlooked for a long time, so do the muscles and bones hurriedly gather aches, failures, and breakdowns when undeveloped.
Ultimate care for your muscles and bones involves exercising and building them up. Challenge and exert them to full capacity. Stretch, compress, and expand your muscles until they grow to be perfectly sculpted and rock-hard. This will in turn influence your ligaments to put your bones to greater works. You will be like metal hammered into form through blazing hot fire. Then your body will come out of the furnace shining similar to gold.
