The Chinese discipline of tai chi has also provided relief as it uses yoga like principles. It is far easier and much slower so there is less likelihood of further damage being caused. It focuses on breath control and is very relaxing owing to its gentle nature. It is possible for anyone to participate irrespective of age.

Natural back pain relief should really start with more frequent exercise which will not only help ensure the back is more flexible but help prevent spinal problems.
